Candidates willing to apply for General Manager posts should have acquired Excellent Management/ Professional/ Administrative skills with experience or working at Corporate/ Zonal/ Regional levels & knowledge of latest Trends/ Technology in Banking, for Dy. General Manager/ Assistant General Managers posts should have worked at Corporate/ Zonal/ Regional levels either as Chief Manager (Scale IV) & Assistant General Managers (Scale V) in public sector Banks & Post Graduation/ MBA/ CA/ Cost & Financial Analysis and for Senior Managers/ HOD posts should have acquired experienced & worked as Manager (Scale II) or Senior Manager (Scale III) at least for 03 years at Branch/ Regional/ Zonal/ Corporate Office level in Public Sector Banks with knowledge of Banking Operations & Post Graduation/ MBA/ CA/ CAIIB.
